As you know, we're all about introducing new, exciting features that not only make PureClarity a more powerful solution but also help you to sell more, analyze more and understand more about your customers. We have received a number of feature requests to further improve PureClarity's reporting dashboard and provide more in-depth metrics - so, that's what we've done!
Today we are proud to introduce our brand new reporting features that will enable you to further analyze the performance of your Personalized Campaigns, Behavioral Merchandising Zones, and even Recommender types.
Where to look.
Simply log in to your Dashboard and navigate to Reports > Behavioral Performance. You'll find the new reports at the bottom of the page.
Best Performing Campaigns (Summary).
This extremely useful report provides an overview of the performance of each of your Personalized Campaigns using a whole host of helpful metrics such as impressions, page views, order total and conversion rate.
Best Performing Campaigns (Recommenders/Static Images/Carousels).
Ever wanted to see how each campaign is performing by type of content? Now you can! We have provided three brand new reports splitting out Recommenders, Static Images and Carousels.
Best Performing BMZs.
Ok, this one isn't new, but it is certainly improved! After listening to your feedback we have redesigned the 'Best Performing BMZs' report to include the number of impressions and click-throughs in real-time ensuring your reports are always accurate.
Best Performing Recommenders.
You can now see which specific Recommenders are performing best for your customer base. Remember, you can slice all of these new reports by segment, time and channel too!
You can find out more, in-depth information about how each report has been calculated by clicking on the icon located on the top right corner of each report within your dashboard.
