Welcome to the PureClarity Support Center, it's great to see you here! The Support Center is the home of our User Guides, Implementation Guides, General Announcements and where you can submit a Request or question for our Support Team.
Finding Your Way Around.
All of our content is available to read without logging in so if you're looking for some information on how to quickly update an element within your Dashboard, set up a new campaign or even if you would like some advice and tips on how to get the best out of PureClarity.
You can find articles by searching for keywords within the search box or by navigating to each section. If you can't find the answer or information you are looking for, don't worry! We're here to help. Simply let us know by submitting a request using the steps outlined below.
Create an Account.
If you would like to create an account without submitting a request simply click 'sign in' and follow the link for 'New to PureClarity Support Center? Sign up.' Enter your full name and email address. We will send you a link to verify your email address and allow you to set up a password.
Submitting a Request.
If you would like to get in touch with the PureClarity Support Team to let us know if something has gone wrong, to submit a request for a new feature or ask for some help, simply:
- Click on the 'Submit a Request' link in the top right corner of the Support Center or submit your request in an email to helpdesk@pureclarity.com or support@pureclarity.com.
- Your ticket will be sent to our Support Center. If this is the first time you have sent a ticket using our new Support Center you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link and set up your new password.
- If you already have an account on our new Support Center your ticket will now be visible within 'My Activities'.
- You can log in and monitor the progress of your request at any time. You will also be notified by email when a member of our Support Team has replied to your request, or updated its status. If you would like to add additional comments or screenshots, simply do so by navigating to 'My Activities > Request Name' and using the text box or by replying to the email you have been sent in regards to the request.

What About Open Requests?
Don't worry, we have you covered! We are in the process of migrating any old/open requests over to our new Support Center over the next few days. This will be done automatically so there is no need to submit any requests again. Once you have created your password you will be able to log in to the Support Center and see all of your requests in their new home!
Did You Forget Your Password?
It happens to the best of us! Simply follow the 'Forgot my password' link in the sign in lightbox and you will be guided through the set up of a new password.
