Once your customer has entered a search term and pressed ‘enter’ rather than selecting a recommended product the search results page will be shown.
The order in which search results are presented is based on PureClarity’s smart algorithm. It will present relevant search results near the top of the search results that reflects their behavior and the behavior of similar people.
You can override the top results shown for a particular search term by creating search rules. You can also exclude any products that you don’t want to show for a search term.
The search results page offers a navigation filter for the customer to refine their search.
The example below shows how PureClarity changes search results dependent on the behavior of the user. The products with the darker background illustrates those products that have been personally recommended to the user. The background is used only for demonstration purposes.
