If you’ve recently signed up with PureClarity, you might be wondering what happens to your PureClarity account moving forward. With our Success Management team, we’ll be supporting you during and after implementation. For three months, you'll be fully supported to help you get started with PureClarity.
First, we’ll learn about you in an initial consultation session. What do you want to accomplish with PureClarity? What are your overarching business goals? What sort of customers do you have? Do you prefer an AI-heavy approach, or is a hands-on personal enrichment strategy right for you? Discussing these answers will give us a better idea of how PureClarity can work for you, as well as generating some ideas to get started with.
Next up is learning how to set up and troubleshoot. You will receive and Onboarding video which will teach you how to set up a BMZs, a Default Campaign, Segments, Synonyms, and Product Overrides. Your Success Manager will be happy to walk you through setting up and configuring your search settings to maximize efficiency and output specifically for your site. You'll also learn how to turn the PureClarity analytics into actions.
After the three months, you'll receive an analysis report on how PureClarity is performing on your site along with suggestions curated by your Success Manager for Search, Merchandising and emails, depending on which modules you have implemented.
Ongoing Success Management
Our Success Management team will keep an eye on your account to see what’s working and what’s not. We’ll be in touch with any new ideas we have for you, suggestions for fine-tuning as well as any features you might not be using that we think you’ll enjoy. You’ll be kept up-to-date on the latest releases and any new features they have. And, as always, we’ll be available for any questions you have about how to use the tools, any product improvement ideas you might have, or just to chat about PureClarity. We’re here to help you help your customers!
