What can you do if you have a Product Enhancement Suggestion?
We know PureClarity isn’t perfect – yet. But we’re working to make it better every day. If you have any problems, feedback or ideas, send them our way. PureClarity is a constantly evolving product and we are always looking for ways to improve. Part of that is listening to your feedback and incorporating it into future versions of PureClarity.
What can you expect to happen?
Once you’ve sent us your thoughts, your Success Manager will consult with the Technical and Support teams to discuss how PureClarity could take your feedback onboard. We will work together it determine where it belongs in our Roadmap, and when you might expect to see it. Your Success Manager will get back in touch with you to let you know the outcome and see if you have any additional thoughts. We’ll stay in touch with you to update you on the progress of your Enhancement Suggestion and let you know when it’s out.
What sort of thing are we looking for?
One of our clients suggested that it would be useful to have the ability to group customers based on the source – Facebook, Google, Twitter and so on, which is now possible in the software thanks to them.
Another suggestion was made to get feedback for how well the Recommenders put in place by PureClarity Software were doing, which resulted in the creation of the ‘Recommender Click-Through Total’, visible on the Merchandising Performance.
